You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems that host it
• introduce malware or interfere with the Site's security or performance
• access the Site in an automated way that overloads or degrades it
• use the Site or its content to mislead others, for example by implying you are, or are endorsed by, ApexHub

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl and index the Site.

The Site describes what we do. It is general information, not an offer to provide services on particular terms. Every engagement, whether software, design, AI, cloud, SEO, GEO or marketing, is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

Timelines, estimates and prices discussed before a signed agreement are indicative only.

Search engines, AI assistants and advertising platforms decide for themselves how they rank, cite and display content, and they change their systems often. We work to improve your visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, traffic or leads unless a signed agreement explicitly says otherwise.

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, animations, the ApexHub name and logo, and code, belong to ApexHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything beyond that, such as copying the design or reusing our branding, needs our written permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant client agreement. Case studies on the Site describe projects we have worked on; the names and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners.

The Site links to services we don't control, such as Calendly for booking calls and our social media profiles. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or up to date. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability for our services is governed by the relevant client agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
