Privacy Policy
Last updated
This Privacy Policy explains how ApexHub ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit www.apex-hub.in (the "Site"), contact us, or engage us for our services. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
ApexHub is a digital product studio. We design, build and grow technology products, covering AI & automation, SaaS platforms, web development, mobile apps, product design, cloud infrastructure, and SEO, GEO & growth marketing.
For the personal data described in this policy, ApexHub decides how and why it is processed (a "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and a "controller" under laws such as the GDPR). You can reach us at team@apex-hub.in.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, call us or book a call, we receive what you choose to share, typically:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your company name and role
- details about your project, budget and timeline
- anything else you include in your messages
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the date and time, so the Site can be delivered, secured and kept reliable.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, roughly where visitors are (country or city level), the device and browser used, and how people found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We use it only to measure and improve the Site, not for advertising, and we don't use it to identify you personally.
Cookies and browser storage. Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described above, the Site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It also stores a single, non-identifying flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. That flag is deleted when you close the tab.
Opting out of analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop Google Analytics on every site you visit. The Site works fully without these cookies.
Client project data. When we deliver services, we may handle data on your behalf, for example your users' data inside a product we build. That processing is governed by our agreement with you, not by this policy.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and schedule calls
- to prepare proposals and provide, manage and invoice our services
- to keep the Site secure and working properly
- to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it
- to send you updates you have asked for (you can opt out at any time)
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Why we're allowed to use it
We process personal data with your consent, which you give when you contact us; to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract; to perform our contract with you; to comply with the law; and for other uses permitted by applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect processing that has already happened.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed to run our business:
- service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email, cloud infrastructure, analytics (Google Analytics) and scheduling (Calendly, when you book a call)
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
- authorities, when the law requires it
- a successor business, if all or part of our business is sold or reorganised
These providers may only use your data to provide their services to us. How Google uses data from Google Analytics is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Third-party sites we link to, such as Calendly, Instagram and LinkedIn, have their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside India. Where that happens, we transfer data only as permitted by applicable law and take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. For clients, we keep records for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other legal requirements demand. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct, complete or update it
- erase it
- withdraw your consent
- object to or restrict certain processing, or receive a copy in a portable format (where the GDPR or similar laws apply)
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf (under the DPDP Act)
To make a request, email team@apex-hub.in. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Grievance Officer
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at team@apex-hub.in with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your message and respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Site.
